Thanks to everyone who attended and supported our first Exercise is Medicine event in May 2022!

More than 95 guests joined us for a day of education, movement and community!

Dr. Amy Ly, a board certified neurologist and medical acupuncturist, spoke about her work treating people with Parkinson’s and how movement can positively impact this community. Afterwards guests had the opportunity to try out three different Parkinson’s movement classes: Dance for Parkinson’s, Rock Steady Boxing and Tai Chi. The event concluded with a free boxed lunch and a Q&A.

This event was made possible by a grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation.
